Har-Ce #142, in Havre de Grace, , holds a monthly Stated Communication on the fourth Friday of the month. The meeting, held at Elks Lodge #1564 in Havre de Grace, MD 21078-2602, starts at 7:30pm.   

This meeting will be thet SDGTC theme with the awarding of the Pete Hicks Scholarships.  We will be presenting one student from both Cecil and Harford counties.
